A friend shared this article on Facebook and thought it was worth posting for others to see.

While the article is titled “Ways That Running Helps Your Body,” I’m pretty sure a lot of this list applies to most forms of regular cardio — as if you needed more excuses to get out there and workout.

Then again, on those given days where the hardest part of your workout is getting out and doing your workout, something from this list may just be that kick in the pants.
