I’ve always been quite enthralled with Carbon Fiber — its strength, and quite honestly, the look.
I love this inside look at how Mad Fiber Wheels tests their carbon fiber wheels after manufacturing. They really give it a super stress test though — vertical weight equivalent to a 400 pound rider, along with stress applied by a rough virtual road and horizontal stress that simulates the wheel on a constant 30 degree cornering with the force of an NFL linebacker.
