I always get a kick out of how computers and technology in general are portrayed on TV and in movies. Sure, you gotta jazz things up and simplify things for the good of the plot and audience, but sometimes the potrayal of things the technology can and cannot do is just ludicrous.
Anyway, listening to an episode of This Week in Tech podcast a few weeks, they made mention of this tumblr that collects and does a little analysis of source code in TV and Films.
