Don't have the energy tonight to post much of anything, so thought I would at least post a link to a great article I found this weekend about how VO2 Max is essential for us competitive road cyclists during pretty much all of our training.
In the coming weeks and month, I'm going to try to adhere to this as much as possible.








I recommend this book if you haven't checked it out already, it helped me get a great training plan together. Awesome book.
