As Ryan mentioned in an earlier post, we celebrate on 2nd Anniversary today (and yesterday). We had an amazing dinner last night at the Melting Pot in a private booth with a privacy curtain. It was very intimate and cozy. We had the “Big Night” which was a 4-course meal starting with Cheese fondue. I dined on lobster tail and shrimp with a few bites of filet and Ryan devoured the chicken, beef, filet and pork. It was a wonderful evening I won’t soon forget. The very nice waitress (UNC Student) took our picture and at the end of the evening brought out the picture, a nice silver frame to keep it in and I took home the lovely vase of red roses.

 We made it home, after our 2.5 hour dinner, just in time to see the tail in of the UNC v. Clemson game. It ended up in double overtime but the Heels pulled it out.

We capped the evening off with Ryan opening his present —which I artful put together!

 It was a wonderful weekend!
