As picky of an eater as I am, I was happy to see things on here that I like. It’s on the list, though it’s not really food – water. I’m not sure how water speeds up metabolism, but if that’s true, I’m glad I am in the habit of chugging a bunch of water with and after a meal.
Figs are on the list. Do Figs Newtons count? Love those… always have them on bike ride rest stops when they’re available. Hmm, lots on the list I don’t eat. I need to be having more carrots and pears though.
Also, I wonder why almonds and walnuts are the only nuts singled out?
