Coda by PanicThis looks like an application that integrates pretty much my whole workflow. I’m downloading it now, to try it out. Maybe I’ll write a review after playing around with it for a few days (or weeks). Just looking through the site’s little demo and its list of features, it seems right up my alley.

Update: The jury going to be out on this one for awhile, as my computer is too slow here at work to use it effectively. Every few keystrokes or mouse clicks, I’m getting the beach ball. We’re supposed to be getting hardware upgrades soon… though I’m not holding my breath.

My Red Ring of DeathLong article, but some nice insight on the Xbox 360 hardware from a former Microsoft employee. He confirms some info that everyone else had kind of already assumed at this point, but it’s nice to get some pseudo-official confirmation.

It sounds like I really do need to get my “new” (refurbished) 360 vertical again to keep it as cool as possible, but our current home theater setup doesn’t really work with the console upright. It would block part of our TV’s screen.

Regardless, this interview offers a bit of an insider’s look. It sounds like even with the new motherboards and processors, the failure rate’s a lot higher than a consumer electronic product should be. Hope my second Xbox isn’t another failure.
