Yay! More urban sprawl for the greater Triangle area of central North Carolina – this time at I-40 and the I-85 interchange, and the size of the Streets at Southpoint sprawl.

In defense of the building though, Mebane has to travel down to Durham or out to Burlington for a lot of the shops. That area is really taking off, so I can sympathize with residents wanting closer access to all the reail stuff. Honestly though, other than restaurants and the hardware store, and theose impulsive buys, the Internet is the way to go.

Wow, this is pretty cool – High speed high speed! This would help on-demand technologies and would really be the way to get high definition streaming off the ground.
