Sitting May Increase Risk Of Disease

Most everyone I know works in offices, sitting their entire work day. Then, they jump in their cars, sit in the driver's seat to commute, and then site around for the remainder of the night. We're all going to die!

Seriously though, the article makes a lot of sense. It's a good goal. Walk when you can. Use the stairs when you can. Walk to the bank etc. It's hard to get the amount of time sitting down, but there are easy ways to at least drop some sitting time down.
