I’m a dog lover, but not when I’m in my bike’s saddle. The defendant’s are complete morons! How can they think they the cyclist is at fault. The defendant’s wife is a complete moron. First she throws out the comment about the cyclist being on the road and then she talks about if she was backing of the driveway. Cyclists have just as much right to be on the road as anyone in any four-wheeled vehicle. Oh and by the way, yes if you’re backing out of your driveway, lady and you hit someone. You’re at fault. Period. People like this are exactly why you always wear your helmet, and why you’ve always got to be keenly aware of the road around you.
