These mounting lawsuits do not bode well for Vonage and every other VOIP out there. First there was the Verizon BS, and now Sprint / Nextel. I really thought that all these lawsuits would be thrown out as being baseless, but the phone industry definitely is in the pockets of the legislatures. Looks like we may end up losing our home phone, or possibly looking to move to a different carrier. I’m thinking we’d probably just move to cell phones only and save a few bucks.
