Police Find 3-Wheel Vehicles Meet a Need

You will see these little golf-cart like vehicles on the American Tobacco Trail on occasion. I haven't ridden the American Tobacco Trail in quite awhile, but they definitely could use a few more to help with making the trail more safe IMHO.
