This is a strange idea, but the guy seems to be making some money. If I had $100, I’d think about posting a link on his site, just to see if any real traffic came from it.

I never thought about flash-based storage for a laptop before. I guess it’s possible as the flash memory gets cheaper. It would mean a boost in battery life, possibly a boost in speed to the “hard drive” and a drop in the laptop’s size and weight. That would be cool.
