So after lunch today, my co-worker Tania wanted to stop at the grocery store for dessert. They had a new Coca Cola product called Coke Zero Good stuff! It taste very much like regular Coke, but doesn’t have the calories. It’s really what a diet soda should taste like. The ingredients are almost the exact as the regular Diet Coke.
The only difference I could find were two ingredients near the bottom of the list: Potassium Citrate and Acesulfame Potassium. Those two seem to make a difference. They probably also cause cancer in lab rats.
I hope this guy sticks around. In fact, if you can make a zero calorie product taste as good as the original and better than the existing diet product, why wouldn’t this formula overtake the regular diet product and possibly be blended into the regular product to bring its carlorie count down while retaining its full flavor?
