Yikes! The summer is most definitely here in NC… despite what day the calendar reads as the beginning of summer!

We went out riding yesterday for an hour and a half and came back very sun scorched. Well, Ryan did anyway This afternoon I was outside working in the shed and it was SO hot! Hope Ryan doesn’t overexert himself on this ride this afternoon.

I have to admit though, I am enjoying the warm weather. I am planning on lying out on our deck for a little bit this afternoon.

I am the luckiest girl in the world. It has been a year since we called this relationship “official” but it sure hasn’t felt like 12 months. We’ve really had a great time and there is so much to look forward to in the coming years.
