Kelly Clarkson Launches Her First Headline Tour ‘The Breakaway Tour’ as Back-To-Back Smash Hits Rule Top 40 Radio
Archive for February, 2005I should make a more substantial post than a freakin cap update, but man, Keefer’s making a major comeback: Pepsi iTunes Caps: 5 I’m going to win this one. I started out below the 1 of 3 wins, now I’m above the curve and continuing to rise. hehe I just saw this in “Rolling Stone,” I’ve gotta get one of these for my various tickets over the years. The price isn’t bad either. iTunes 3 iTunes Caps 5 Don’t call it a comeback! Work has been going really well. I’ve been busy with a couple large submittals. Some of which we should find out if we won the contracts. If we land them (and we’re all hopefully) it could mean very large fees for this office for 1+ Years. I’ve been designing, printing and mounting some marketing peices for a conference my company is attending. It’s been fun to play in Photoshop all day and tweak 3 designs. I finally got them proofed and ready and printed them yesterday on our plotter printer. They looked great and the guys were impressed. Reviews are all this month so I filled out a “Self-Assessment” and will probably have my review in the next week or two. I feel very confident it will be a strong review with some positive feedback. We’ll see… Oh yeah, I was Employee of the Month for January. I felt pretty good about that considering I have only been with the company for 3 months when I was awarded the certificate. I was also given $100 for the honor… not too shabby. It was just nice to be recognized for all my hard work. This week has flown by. I am so thankful the weekend is right around the corner. I am looking forward to the weekend. Ryan and I are playing on going to see a UNC Baseball game Sunday afternoon. Their playing Seton Hall so we should record a “W”. I am excited Baseball is here!! Well, I am off. We are finishing up watching the UNC/VA Basketball game (Retro Night). Night All. I swear I will be able to post the address to my new personal site soon. I really need Ryan to help me set up the templates and fix some minor visual errors. I have been working on getting my resume content up to date. I also have a ton of photos to post. I know several people have asked about pictures and I promise there are tons to share and I hope I can get several galleries up in the next week or two. I am excited about the final product and hopefully with a couple more hours of attention by Ry it’ll be up and lookin’ sharp. Back. So, I’ve been struggling the past 3 weeks or so with my lower back. The lumbar region has been spasming and causing me tremendous pain. I went to the doctor about two weeks ago because I couldn’t stand the pain any longer. I could barely stand and it was just miserable. So the doctor orders x-rays and physical therapy. X-rays showed inflammation in my lower back, specifically the 3rd and 4th vertebra. I also had some compression and my 3/4 vertebra also has some curvature. Anyhow, after some great meds and a lot of hot showers and hours and hours of the heating pad I am feeling better. I’ve been trying to stretch and strengthen my back slowly and hopefully prevent the back spasms and inflammation with lots of abdominal and back exercises. |
