Man, this is not good for TiVo. According to this article, this guy was the best hope of getting a cable deal, which TiVo needs badly:

So Ryan and I have been working on the creation of my website for a couple days now. The design is set and I have finalized my logo. Saturday night we stayed up until midnight putting up the homepage and laying out the other pages within the site.

I hope to have part of the other sections up by the weekend.
