Sunday, my left ankle started hurting and continues to do so. The weird thing is I have no clue what I did to injure it. It also is strange in that I did my two martial arts class today with minimal pain. The only real time it hurt was when we did shin kicks in kickboxing. When I planted my left foot and pivoted on it, it hurt like hell. Otherwise, everything is ok.

It hurts, when I’m just sitting around and a lot when I’m driving where that foot isn’t being used so much, but is at an angle.

*sigh* I hope it gets better, instead of worse over the next few days.

This is funny, but there’s some truth to it. Edward gets a reference in the article, though I’m not sure if he really should be in there. I think his own ego was the problem there, not his (now) ex-wife.

Looks like over the next few years (and hopefully in the short term, the next few months) more and more HD channels will be offered on the competing satellite systems. Let the competition begin and the channel offerings expand:

This sounds like a winner in the freeware realm. You can resizing images and make them Web and email friendly (by reducing file sizes). I think I may end up recommending this to some of my freelance clients and such.

Man, this takes some balls and whole lot of planning to get it to disappear. My guess is it’s long gone.
