Internet & Phone Down Once Again

So I’m sitting at lunch today and get a call from my roommate. Wouldn’t you know it. We’ve got no dial tone, nor a DSL connection. I’m so sick of this.. it was less than two weeks ago that we were without phone & Internet for several days. *sigh*
