Prospects look good on June 23rd for the launch of four rockets from Wallops Island, Virginia. Harmless chemicals released by three of the rockets will create some lovely high-altitude clouds visible from parts of the US east coast. Sky watchers near coastal Virginia, North Carolina, Maryland, New Jersey, Washington DC, and possibly parts of lower New York and Pennsylvania are favored. The launch window extends from 9:30 p.m. to 2:24 a.m. EDT.

Well after a long weekend away up in Williamsport, PA, I’m back in good ol’ North Carolina. I took a bunch of pictures and just dumped all those photos to the iMac. In the next day or so, I’ll get them all up here on Keefer Madness. I may start posting a few tonight, but man, I’m beat after driving nine hours today and having to be back at work in the morning.

I’ve got so much email to go through too! I skimmed all the SPAM and junk, but still have a lot in the inbox. I’ll be able to kill a few more emails after a couple posts to the KeefLog.
