Well while I was taking a shower after playing a little bball this afternoon, the power went out, and it didn’t come right back up. Luckily, I had been burning a candle, so had a bit of light in the basement.

JZ and I ended up going out to eat and wasted some time over at Wal-Mart. We came back to the neighborhood about 9:15 and the power was on everywhere except our side of the street. There were Duke Power trucks there, and as I was walking the Beagle, power came back up. So we were without power for about 3.5 hours. It could’ve been a whole lot worse, but still sucked. So much for watching a Netflix movie tonight. Oh well. I hope to watch one tomorrow night instead.
