No, not a $100,000 Car, 100,000 miles!

I’ve been meaning to post this for over a week… last weekend my Celica went over the 100,000 mile mark. It’s actually got like 100,600 now. But the ol’ Celica’s still as strong (if underpowered) as ever.

Well I’m finally starting to feel better.. even gonna go back to kickboxing tonight.

It turns out I have shingles, though mine is really minor compared to a lot I read about…

They put me on Valtrex and it’s really helped. I was a little hesitant at first when the doctor said that’s what they were giving me. I was like, “Isn’t that for genital herpes.” It turns out it’s for herpes in general, which chicken pox, shingles and cold sores all are a part of. The Valtrex is a Glaxo product and man it’s expensive! Thankfully, my insurance ate up most of the cost. Just wanted to give an update there for anyone that actually cared. hehe
