The more combat that can be done remotely, the better, IMHO. But, it’s gotta be accurate and reliable.

So at kickboxing this morning, I do a shin kick just like I’ve done hundreds of times before. Your whole body kind of turns as you step into the kick. Well I think I gave myself some sort of minor whiplash. My neck is all stiff… tried applying heat to it, but that really didn’t too much. Oh well. I just hope I don’t wake up in the morning, not able to move my head.

Man, Bongo needs to get a clue on sleeping in. He rarely lets me sleep in pay about 6:45. This morning it was closer to 6:30. We go for a walk, get him breakfast and then it’s right back to sleep for him. He just needs to sleep in and he’ll get hte walk and breakfast when we both get up. Stupid Beagle!
