We’ve had our Netflix account now for just under a month and it’s working out pretty well. We can have three movies out at a time and that includes transit time to an dfrom. So obviously, the quicker you return them, the quicker you’ll receive your next one.

So we had three movies sitting at home, watch two and have the other one sitting there for a few days. My roommate goes to pop it in the other day and we realize there’s a big crack from the inner hole all the way to the outside. Sucks, cause if we had noticed it, we could have sent it back that same day. So we lost a couple days there.

We had to mail it back to them, but the good thing is they immediately will send out another DVD.. either a replacement of that movie or the next in your queue. The way it usually works is that you have to send a disc back and they have to receive it before they’ll send out a new disc. When you report an unusable one, they at least give you the courtesy of sending a new one out.
