You know when you’re installing a new piece of software and you have that annoying scrolling End User License Agreement (EULA) that you have to agree to before the software installs? Ever read it all the way through? Yeah, me neither. Maybe we should. Microsoft’s Front Page 2002 says:

“You may not use the Software in connection with any site that disparages Microsoft, MSN, MSNBC, Expedia, or their products or services … ”
