Man, when are we gonna get out of this slump?

This is disturbing:

“Among the people taking the survey, 65 percent of those laid off six months to a year earlier had not found new work. Seventy-six percent of those laid off within the previous six months still were looking for jobs.”

Well my pinball machine has stopped working… the thing won’t boot up. I’m have difficulty finding someone to take a look at it. Found this as I was searching on the Web:

The Vending Times 1998 Census of the Industry reports that the number of pinballs on location decreased again by 14%.

Ten years ago, there were over one million pinballs on location. In 1997 there were only 500,000.

This may be part of the reason I can’t find a repairman. Sucks.
